Progesterone will certainly
help you IF you suffer from some of the various maladies and symptoms
of ESTROGEN DOMINANCE. Though it affects Women severely, Men suffer
from its effects as well.
What is Estrogen Dominance?
What are its effects?
Estrogen dominance is a term coined
by Dr. Lee in his first book on natural progesterone. It describes a
condition where a woman can have deficient, normal or excessive estrogen,
but has little or no progesterone to balance its effects in the body.
Even a woman with low estrogen levels can have estrogen dominance symptoms
if she doesn ’t have any progesterone. The symptoms and conditions associated
with estrogen dominance are: Acceleration of the aging process, Allergies
including asthma, hives, rashes, sinus congestion, Autoimmune disorders
such as lupus erythematosis and thyroiditis and possibly Sjoegren's
disease, Breast cancer, Breast tenderness, Cervical dysplasia, Cold
hands and feet as a symptom of thyroid dysfunction, Copper excess, Decreased
sex drive, Depression with anxiety or agitation, Dry eyes, Early onset
of menstruation, Endometrial (uterine) cancer Fat gain, especially around
the abdomen, hips and thighs, Fatigue, Fibrocystic breasts, Foggy thinking,
Gallbladder disease, Hair Loss, Headaches Hypoglycemia, Increased blood
clotting (increasing risk of strokes), Infertility, Irregular menstrual
periods, Irritability, Insomnia, Magnesium deficiency, Memory loss,
Mood swings, Osteoporosis, Polycystic ovaries, Premenopausal bone loss,
PMS, Prostate cancer, Sluggish metabolism, Thyroid dysfunction mimicking
hypothyroidism, Uterine cancer Uterine fibroids, Water retention, bloating,
Zinc deficiency.
Why does Estrogen Dominance
occur?
Estrogen dominance is basically
a condition of hormonal imbalance in the human body where the body almost
stops producing the hormone "Progesterone." This imbalance
occurs primarily due to the aging process, where the body reduces its
production of Estrogen compounds by maybe 40 to 60% (Estradiol, Estriol,
Estrone) but reduces its production of Progesterone by nearly 100%.
In addition, our modern diet and environment results in sizeable estrogen
intake, which worsens the imbalance. This in turn almost always leads
to one or more of the medical conditions described above. Nearly thirty
years of research has been devoted to the effects of such imbalance
in both Women and Men.
What Should I do?
FOR WOMEN
If you are over 35 and suffering
from one or more of the symptoms or conditions described above, you
could either:
a. Try the Product - PROGESTA PLUS - for a couple of months and see
if you feel an improvement. (Nearly ALL do!) It is an extremely safe
product and typically applied once or twice per day, depending on your
age and condition, for a period of 25 days with a gap of 5 days for
the bio-receptors in the body to reset.
b. You could either ask
your Physician to conduct a Hormone assay on you - or purchase the Saliva
Hormone Test Kit from us and do it yourself, before making a decision.
This way you will have hard data. (Note: The Saliva test method is a
great deal more reliable and accurate for hormonal assays than blood
tests).
FOR MEN
Past the age of around 40, men
often start to suffer from lower testosterone production, decreased
libido, fatigue, joint pain, muscle loss, trouble sleeping, and enlargement
of the prostate - that too often leads to prostatitis, BPH or even prostate
cancer. Progesterone is a precurser hormone for the production of, among
other things, testosterone, and its availability in men has been demonstrated
to significantly reduce the prostate as well increase sex drive, reduce
fatigue and muscle loss. It is easily applied in a measured dose as
a high quality transdermal cream we sell under the name PROSTA-HEALTH.
This product is both safe and effective and typically applied once a
day for a period of 25 days followed by a rest period of 5 days (to
let the bio-receptors reset) and then continued for the next cycle.
